The 30 April 2026 sunset date has passed. Any PCI 4.X EFTPOS terminals still connected to the network are now non-compliant and subject to disconnection. Disconnections don't all happen on the same day, but affected devices could stop working at any time.
If your device is PCI 4.X, it is now non-compliant and subject to disconnection from the payment network. Contact your provider immediately if you haven't already upgraded.
